Mindfulness is a meditation practice that brings the person’s attention into the present moment.
Why is Mindfulness important for children?
Children face many stresses and tensions at home and school, many of which we may not know about. By providing them a form of relaxation that helps them focus on what is happening now rather than something else, will help focus them on their learning as well as regulate their emotions.
